Beaucatcher Heights is located on a totally wooded, 65 acre site located approximately five minutes from the center of downtown Asheville, NC. Building sites range from approximately one-quarter acre to over two acres. To preserve the natural beauty of the site, all utilities (city water, city sewer, electricity, natural gas, telephone and cable) are all located underground.

We have instituted strong design and development guidelines (see our legal section) to ensure that all lot development will embody the best standards of design, layout and building materials. We feel a strong obligation to the stewardship of the beauty (and the magic) of the mountain and its natural environment and thus require that at least 50% of each home site be undisturbed in terms of its trees and natural slope. (Clearing of underbrush and planting grass or native plants is permitted.)
